It was the seventh week of teaching practice (15/1/24-19/1/24).My option teacher came to the class for second observation on this week. In this week i conducted class based on ' Dhanurasana'.

A capacity building program was virtually conducted on the topic 'Adolescence and how to manage adolescence' by Dr. Kirankumar.
